The Awards Process
- You (the public) can nominate yourself, colleagues, clients, peers and businesses in the relevant categories.
- The results of nominations are then collated a shortlist is produced based on the number of nominations a person or business has received.
- The voting form is then open to the public. We encourage all nominees to promote their nomination as much as possible to secure votes.
- The winners are identified based on which nominee receives the most votes, with all nominees and votes reviewed by the appointed committee for overall final shortlist.
- The Awards are the ‘people’s choice awards’ nominated and voted for by the business community and event partners

Inspirational Female & Male Business Leader
Dynamic leaders transform their business and stand out as role models to their people through their leadership, commitment, and vision. Emerging Young Female & Male Leader
This award is open to all sectors and identifies outstanding young professionals from across the region.
